This role as an integrator is where I thrive—balancing multiple moving parts while staying organized and focused on details. I genuinely like diving into company systems, deliverables, and the numbers. (Type A, I know!)
For me, operations is enjoyable because it's about problem-solving, it's about execution, and it's about continuous improvement. It’s challenging, rewarding, and never dull.
